Is there a minus (-1) one star? I took my car for service and mot 2 days ago, they damaged my key and they left my car unlocked outside until I collect it. They refused to replace my key as they claimed that it was broken already, even though they gentlemen who I spoke to, he admitted that my key wasn't like this when I took my car there and promised to speak with the service manager but still they suggested to use the key and not the buttons on it, to lock my car. Also, I've changed the battery of one of the windows recently and now it's not working again.

I went to look at a Hyundai Bayon with my wife, with a view to leasing once again on the Motability scheme. Having had 4 previous cars from other dealers, that had all been very good to excellent, my standards were set high. We were looked after by Angelo and the whole experience was excellent. A test drive was immediately arranged and the negotiations upon our return were first class. Angelo was knowledgeable and helpful and I ordered a Bayon to the exact specifications that I was seeking. A really first class, established dealer - and the coffees were excellent too! I have a long wait for the car, but sadly that is the norm in post Covid times

An amazing experience at Berkeley Vale Motors with Alex from the Sales Team. I went in a few weeks ago to enquire about swapping my car for a new one, and Alex took the time to cover all the details and was very thorough - and today I picked up that new car! Alex has been so helpful and I had such a great experience, whilst feeling like nothing was too much trouble and I could ask any questions I had! Was disgusted to have to read on service report that my car was dirty on the outside. If I had known that you needed a clean car to do a service I would have cleaned it. Plus I thought that having a motability car meant that tyres, windscreen blades etc would be sorted. Service report read as I'm expected to pay 35+ for a new wiper. This experience has upset me and I'm not sure if I would get another car from yourselves. I expected so much better.

All staff were extremely friendly and welcoming into the showroom. I wasn't made to feel like just another customer through the door. Nigel Gravelle was fantastic from start to finish of the transaction. Was very welcoming and easy to talk to. I didn't feel rushed or pushed into a decision. Sales team are great. Unfortunately the service team are not. We collected our car. It had oily finger marks everywhere on the interior, they had obviously got in with oily boots as the carpets were thick with oil, outside there were more oily finger marks. Oh and a clean is part of the service, which they obviously forgot.

Post lockdown I rang to arrange a test drive of a new Hyundai Kona. Salesman Tom was helpful and knowledgeable. Safe Covid procedures were followed throughout and I liked the relaxed helpful attitude of the staff. I didn't feel at all 'pressured' to commit. All in all, a very pleasant post-lockdown experience.

Very helpful lady (Gill) on reception upon collecting my car following a service and MOT test. The test results indicated I needed to check the wear on front tyres in 6 months time. She offered a lot of very good advice with regards the performance/wear, road noise and petrol economy from the various manufactures of tyres available for my car.
