I bought a 2006 Boxster from Joe back in March. The sales process was good right up until the moment I handed over money then it became incredibly difficult to get hold of them unless you rang the sales line, although I appreciate this was mid-Covid. After receiving the car, I've had endless problems with the exhaust (corrosion), the engine internals (excessive wear), the suspension, and have had to spend in excess of 6k to have these repaired.
The advice from my mechanic suggests all of these would have been known to Ron Hodgson at the time of sale. Given this, I'd highly suggest avoiding Ron Hodgson at all costs unless buying a nearly-new vehicle and having it thoroughly checked.
