Dropped my car off for a service and MOT. Very good experience with the booking process online/via email. Had to chase collection which resulted in phone call to reception. Car was ready, bill as expected and highlighted an issue with a wheel which was quickly and easily explained. Overall pleased with service from Winford Ford and would definitely use again.

A very relaxed and professional sales experience. The car was reserved for me the day before which is appreciated before travelling to view the vehicle. We were given as much time as we required to view the car with no pressure. The car was very well presented without being over prepared, hiding any issues. We were given a very fair price for the trade in.

There were absolutely no issues when collecting the car. The service was just stress free and enjoyable as our original vist. Exactly how buying a car should be.

Buying my used Ford from Richard was really excellent sales experience. Straightforward, knowledgeable, and professional. No pressure and a very good used C-max (ex-Motability). So different from the bigger South Bristol Ford company, whose doors I will never darken again!

Without doubt, this business has includes the BEST customer focused Ford Service Team in the South West. My son drove from London for his car service recently - and was seriously impressed by the service he received at all levels. I was not at all surprised, as I have been bringing our Ford cars here for servicing for years. They should be nominated for whatever Ford Dealership Car Service awards there are!

Courteous and efficient. Answered phone quickly, diagnosed/fixed problem and kept me updated throughout. Far, far better than the other south Bristol Ford dealership. Happy to recommend

A friendly welcome on arrival. Staff were efficient and professional. Once our car was serviced we received a phone call saying it was ready for collection. We had pre-arranged a courtesy car which was clean, tidy and full of fuel. It is expected that you top up what you use, which is quite fair. There is a good selection of pre-owned vehicles too.

Purchased a Ford Focus from Simon in October 2020. (sorry for late review) He was excellent from start to finish. No pressure to buy. I had a car to trade in and they gave me a great price and I am very pleased with my purchase. I particularly liked the touch of the car being reserved with my name in the car when I arrived for a test drive and when I came to collect the car. It's the little things sometimes that make all the difference. Highly recommend.
