I part-exchanged my BMW Z3 for a Golf Estate here - when I picked it up, he had not had it serviced or even valeted - I had exchanged my J2k car for this, as well as paying an additional J500, so at least you would have thought he'd have had it cleaned, esp. As he'd said it would be cleaned and valeted. As well as that, the Starter Motor had gone - it took nearly 2 weeks for them to sort out a date to bring it into the garage.
When I picked it up, it kept stalling in idle - apparently a fuel injection issue. Took a further 2 weeks to get it booked in to get it fixed - not only that, when I called up the garage to explain the issue, he started shouting at me about it! After finally sorting it out with the dealer and taking it to his garage and apparently getting it fixed, I was not allowed to have a copy of the advice slip on what the garage had fixed on my car, as I was not paying for it as it was under warranty.
Low and behold, the issue was not fixed, and is now worse. I can't trust the guy or the garage to get it fixed so I'm now going to be paying out of my own pocket to fix this issue with my car. Avoid!
