I have had my car in the shop numerous times since I purchased it brand new in 2020. It's been the same problem, my car makes this annoying screeching sound and the engine light keeps coming on. They did fix another problem that was a recall, BUT they kept my car 4 weeks in May-June, I get my car back, I go a few miles down the road and it's doing the same thing.
I paid to much for this luxury car to continually have problems! I'm pure embarrassed for anyone to ride in the car with me. I will never buy another Audi and especially not from this dealership.

The Service Department is always on their game! Shawn and Amber always going out of their way to make sure their customers are happy and taken care of. I've always had a great experience at Audi of Mobile and they really make me feel like family. Thank you service team for always making my experience fast and smooth. You all Rock!

We experienced a blown tire returning home to NOLA just outside of Mobile over the holiday weekend and just before the service department was closing for the day. The team here was so helpful and kind in helping us get through the process of an after hours tow and getting the tire replaced and is back on the road before the holiday. We spent an unplanned night in Mobile but small price to pay for a safe ending. Every member of this team was incredible including Amber, Shanedra, James and Shawn and we are so appreciative!

My most recent visit to Audi Mobile was just for service. A tire rotation to be exact. The service advisor/cashier was very nice and helpful. The waiting area is definitely pleasing to the eye and matches the Audi aesthetic. It has sleek black leather chairs, a glass coffee table, a good size TV and a drink area. They had plenty of coffee, some water, a couple of bottles of juice for the kids and mini cans of diet coke, sprite and a coke.
While it looks very nice, I can not complement it's comfort. It would be nice if they provided a table to sit at to get some computer work accomplished while you wait or to comfortably eat some lunch or something. The seating isn't necessarily uncomfortable, but I know if my mother had been with me, she would have needed help getting in and out of the seats provided. Also, they do have a courtesy vehicle to take you to anywhere close by if you ask so you are not stuck there if you have a lengthy service to be done.
I do like this location, but it does have room for improvement. I had to make the appointment for the tire rotation 2 months in advance. I feel like that is an awfully long time to wait when you notice you need to rotate your tires. I also just switched jobs and would have really liked to reschedule for a different day or time, but was worried because I couldn't wait another 2 months.
My appointment was at 1pm, I was right on time, but they didn't take my car back to the service area for almost 40 mins and it wasn't finished until a little after 3pm. So, I was there, with an appointment, for 2 hours just to get the tires rotated. No matter how thoroughly* they rotated my tires, it shouldn't take 2 hours. They did wash my car before bringing it back to me and they made sure to remove all the protective plastic and paper that was used, so I didn't need to dispose of it.
My car definitely was returned in better condition than when it arrived that day and if I had known it would take that long, I would have gotten a ride to the mall or a restaurant or something. Tire rotation and complimentary wash came to $33. Not a bad $$ at all. I have an Audi, so I will definitely be going back. I would just be prepared to spend a little extra time here if you intend to wait during your service and maybe ask how long your service will take before deciding if you want a ride somewhere.
I really feel like they should figure out how to do minor services like this without having to schedule so far in advance. A lot can happen in 2 months and yes I know I could have found somewhere else, but I really don't think I should have too. In the grand scheme of things, it's a nice place. It's an Audi dealership with a service dept. It is about what you would expect an Audi dealership to be with a very friendly and helpful staff and I am very happy with my car.

It took a while to get an appointment. However, the appointment itself was wonderful. Very kind, efficient, communicative Service Manager and team. They worked with my extended warranty provider, quickly got the necessary part, and made the repair in a timely, competent manner. Would be nice if they had more loaners available, but the personalized shuttle ride was fine.

Audi Mobile is fantastic! I've never left feeling unsatisfied with the service provided. My salesman was outstanding to work with but tragically is no longer with us. Laura in the service department is nothing short of spectacular and always makes sure I'm taken care of every time I bring my Q7 in for service. A+ service!
