What a fantastic dealer and team! Smoothest purchase ever, Lee absolutely lovely to deal with, travelled 1.5 hours there and glad we did, took the car for a test drive, great car and a great price, all done in about an hour. Highly recommend them.

Traveled from Glasgow(run into storm Eunice)trains, planes and automobiles we finally got to the dealership. On arrival and seeing the car (VW Tiguan 4motion) the journey was well worth it. Was greeted by Lee from the dealership who had kept me up to date with the car throughout the week. Car was fully serviced, timing belt and water pump had been changed.

The one advisory on mot were repaired at dealers cost. Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a high quality used car. My daughter was very impressed with the quality of VW golfs that we're on display. We would have no hesitation to travel back down to pick one up for her at a later date. I wish this company all the best in the future

Very helpful and sorted any hiccups that needed to be dealt with. Very nice people, and trustworthy (not something to say lightly when speaking about 2nd hand car dealers!) The only small minus is not reliable at getting back to you when needed, but that's because they are deservedly incredibly busy and it's a tiny problem in the scheme of things.

Purchased a VW Tiguan 2014 2.0 tdi from this dealership two weeks ago. Fully serviced and cam belt changed prior to collection. Valeted inside and out, great service and a smooth handover. I would fully recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a quality used car.

I bought a beautiful golf convertible from Lee yesterday. I have been buying cars from either Keith, Dan or Lee since I first started driving and as always, the service I receive from Clarks cars is impeccable. So much so that I recommend them to all my colleagues and friends who also give me great feedback on them. All the paperwork was done for me, all I had to do was get in the car and drive away in my gorgeous new car! Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic car buying experience, I can't speak highly enough about this car dealer. From first contact on the phone, to collecting the keys and driving home. Their entire team were fantastic throughout the whole process, warm, friendly and professional. At no point was there any pressure or hard sell. Car was as discribed, mechanically sound and the interior was valeted until it looked like new.

I'm very impressed with the service that I have received from Clark's Cars, having traveled 150 miles down today to p/ex my car & pick up a new one. The whole process has been dealt with very professionally & although we had collectively not set eyes on either car I was very happy with Lee's honesty when giving me a price for my car, likewise my questions on the new car were answered culminating in a happy customer leaving the forecourt today! Clarks Cars delivered amazing customer service, I personally dealt with Lee who was an absolute star. Professional, clear and very helpful. Lee went beyond his means to make us feel comfortable and we certainly did. The car was a dream to drive and very clean. The sorted out the service and MOT as it was coming up to its third year. Would highly recommend.

Rang to check availability of a car to be put on hold then told yes it's here for you. Arrange to travel down to then be told it's actually in the workshop. No offer to rearrange a viewing was discuss the poor service politely with the lady I spoke to only to be shouted at by the owner. No customer service skills at all won't be spending my money here.
