My partner purchased her second car from Andrew back in March, after a few months car developed a small problem. Phoned Andrew and was told not to worry car would be looked at straight away and get the problem sorted. Picked the car back up a few days later and everything is fine with the car now. Issue with the car was fixed and told if any problems just to give him a call. Would definitely recommend for his customer service. Would buy again from hayston

First class service from Andrew, bought a lovely Rav 4 from him recently, had a couple of questions about it since buying and he was happy to help, even got a couple of things checked out by local garage, everything fine, really genuine guy. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.

Had great customer sevice from Andrew. Kept up to date frequently and he was extremely polite and professional throughout. Car is great and would return.

Avoid, Andrew Ross and Hayston Cars after sales was so poor that I took them to Trading Standards. Do yourself a favour folks, go to a professional dealer. Hayston Cars cost me a 5000, and further 2000 on repairs, and the car was still unroadworthy. Ps, do not be fooled by the reviews by himself and his son :

Bought a car from Andrew and really appreciated him going the extra mile to make the experience as smooth as possible which included picking us up from the airport as I was arriving back from an extended holiday in Thailand! This was really appreciated and the car was waiting for us in great condition as described.

Went in on spec to see if they were interested in buying my car. The owner/manager dealt with my enquiry in a most helpful way and fully explained my options. Although I did not sell my car I left the premises with lots of useful information and would like to thank Haystons for their time and being so helpful.
