With Mercedes-Benz Express Service, two dedicated Technicians will get you back on the road quickly with Service A in 1 hour or Service B in 2 hours* leaving you free to get on with your day. Additional time may be required if your vehicle requires a Gearbox oil change during your Service A or if any additional items are identified during your Service.

4MATIC is far more than just a standard 4 wheel drive. This system automatically adjusts to allow you to drive across different types of terrain and road surface. If any of the four wheels begins to slip, power is automatically sent to the opposite wheel - no matter which wheel. Even if three of the four wheels are affected, the fourth wheel will adjust to support your driving conditions.

Michael was extremely helpful when I brought my car in to have some work done. Advised me with the best solution and kept me up to date with how the car was getting on. He even stayed late so I could collect my car as I was running late from work! Will continue to use Canterbury Mercedes as they were all so helpful!

I had a great experience purchasing a used vehicle from Canterbury branch. The process was stress free and pleasant. We managed to find a low mileage car in great overall condition. I had ordered a car from another MB dealer, but wanted to see the colour. I was offered a test drive (the other dealer didn't have a demonstrator at time of visit) Although I wanted Premium Plus, Charlie Blackman was very helpful in pointing out cost differences and also delivery lead times, which ultimately led to me changing my order to your site - you should really try to get a bit more land though to give more parking space! Charlie was helpful and informative from initial visit to collection - good job!

Highly recommend for excellent customer care and the comfy atmosphere when you need waiting at the lounge. I have been with this store for all services and care since 2018. It has never let me down. All staffs I met there were extremely kind. They always have a smile, care about your needs and chat with you. Today, for my MOT, I waited in the lounge with my kid.
Throughout the whole waiting time, Michael in particular were very helpful and professional. I also want to say thanks to Peter who helped arranging my last- minute timeslot. My kid always enjoy the lounge too, so I would highly recommend to those who need a high standard service for the car as well as a kids-friendly lounge.

I booked a service appointment online and received a confirmation of my chosen date but was then contacted by the dealer offering a different date as my chosen one was not available. This is why I am only giving 4 stars because the experience on the day was excellent. I was welcomed by the receptionist who passed me on to Lee who explained everything clearly. I received a video of the car health check and a text to let me know that the work was complete. I was dealt with by Michael on collection very efficiently.

Dishonest. This company is full of handshakes and smiles to cover their blatant dishonesty. I've owned multiple Mercedes Benz automobiles my entire life and on moving to Canterbury naturally, I went to the local dealer to purchase a new car. The salesman ensured me I was buying a new car and I paid the full cash price. On the day of collection, I noticed the odometer reading on the paperwork showed that the vehicle had 15,000 miles on it. (Read your paperwork!) When I enquired, numerous excuses were made. I demanded my money back. It took weeks for me to be reimbursed and in the exchange I lost US$2k. This has tarnished Mercedes Benz brand for me. I now drive a BMW.

James was very friendly and helpful, he managed all my documents for me. He very kindly worked overtime to help me search for the car online to check its stock availability so I was able to purchase such a gem car! And when I went to collect my car, his wonderful boss, Steve, came to make sure everything was well and good before seeing us off.

I had an amazing experience purchasing my new car. Charlie dealt with my purchase from beginning to end. He advised me on all the options for purchasing through my business and also helped me to choose the perfect car as I did not want a large car. He was empathic and sensitive to my concerns about changing cars and I did not feel that I was pressured in anyway to select a car that was out of my range in terms of my personal preference or price range.
